How is my artwork packaged and delivered?

Each piece wrapped in glassine paper and tied with a ribbon (because I like to make things look gorgeous). A5 and A4 size artwork is then placed with hard cardboard in a clear plastic sleeve so it stays dry and does not bend. A3 size artwork is then placed in a heavy duty art grade tube. I use Royal Mail with the Tracked and Signed for options, the latter where applicable. However, if there is an issue please contact me and I will endeavour to sort it out.

Shipping

UK Orders: £3.95 postage & packaging per order, Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature. Please allow 7-10 days for artwork created to order and 5-7 days for available original artwork and the note cards.

International: Flat rate £17.95 postage & packaging per order, Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Signed for option where applicable, some countries do not off this, I will advise accordingly.). Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What materials do you use?

Archival materials: heavyweight papers, pigment black ink. I do use a gold metallic gen pen sparingly for embellishment.

What constitutes a valid order?

Only orders placed through this website are valid orders.
